This web application is based off the Turkish spelling game but adds an additional space for the user to spell the Arabic word. This application also displays different words, since every word in this game is a cognate, i.e., derived from the same root. While not always pronounced identically, these cognates are similar enough to be recognised by Turkish or Arabic speakers. As such, this game will help Turkish speakers learn the Arabic script and Arabic speakers learn the Turkish script. Enjoy!
